Your plan includes a minimum 12-month commitment from the date your website goes live. Should you choose to cancel within this initial period, the remaining balance of the 12 months will be payable.
After the first 12 months, you’re free to cancel at any time with one calendar month’s notice, at no additional cost.
At this stage, you’ll also have the option to purchase your website at a mutually agreed buy-out fee. If you choose not to proceed, your website, hosting, and associated services will be deactivated after the notice period, with no further billing.
If you decide to return in the future, a R500 reactivation and restore fee may apply, depending on availability.
